- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in new, unused condition, inside the original packaging, with all tags and protective coverings intact.
- Secure Packing: Pack your items carefully to protect them during shipping.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item. Please use a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return requirements. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
